Verified companies & fraud protection

Invoices your customers can trust

Invoice fraud often starts with a changed bank account on a convincing invoice. Telore checks who runs a company before its invoices carry the "Verified company" badge, guards the bank details you print, and gives every invoice a page where your customer can check it is real.

The invoice page a customer opens from the email, with the Verified company badge beside the sender’s name.

Recorded in the app, with an example company.

A badge that means something

A company earns the badge when a person who runs it proves who they are and shows they can act for the company — matched to the Companies House register, invited by someone who already can, or reviewed by Telore.

  • Identity checked by a specialist provider
  • Authority matched to Companies House
  • The badge goes the moment a check stops holding

Bank details guarded

When the account on your invoices changes, Telore asks the person who changed it to confirm, tells the owners, and holds invoices printing the new account until someone says yes.

  • A second confirmation for a new account
  • Every owner told at once
  • Emails held, not sent, while it is checked

Checkable by your customer

Every invoice carries a link and an optional QR code to its page at telore.com, so a customer can verify it before paying — and report anything that looks wrong.

  • Verify and view at telore.com
  • One-click report to Telore
  • Never a badge on a PDF, so it cannot outlive the check

How it works

  1. Step 1: Verify who you are

A few minutes on your phone with an identity document.

  2. Step 2: Show you can act

Telore matches you to the Companies House register for you.

  3. Step 3: Send with the badge

Your emails and invoice pages show "Verified company".

Your name as the document gives it, the month and year you were born, the issuing country and the result — never the images, the video or the document number.
