Banking & bookkeeping

Every payment recorded properly, without you doing the bookkeeping

Telore reads your accounts, recognises your regular suppliers and records each payment where it belongs. When a payment could mean two things, it asks you — one plain question, remembered next time.

Telore’s list of money in and out: each payment recorded, matched to an invoice, or waiting for an answer.

All your accounts, in one place

Your UK bank through Open Banking, and Stripe through its own secure sign-in. Connections are encrypted. Telore reads what happened and cannot move, withdraw or send your money on its own; with Stripe it opens payment pages only for your own invoices and refunds a card payment only when you press Refund.

  • Approve the link on your bank's own app
  • Balances in every currency you hold
  • Disconnect any account in one press

It asks instead of guessing

A payment to Apple could be a laptop, a subscription or something personal. Telore does not guess: it asks you, in a sentence, and remembers your answer for next time.

  • Payments it is sure of are recorded straight away
  • Payments it is not sure of wait, labelled "Not yet explained"
  • Nothing unexplained counts as income or a cost

Fees kept apart, transfers kept out

A £100 sale with a £2 fee is £100 of income and £2 of cost — never a £98 sale. Money moved between your own accounts is a transfer, not income twice.

  • Provider fees booked as costs
  • Transfers between your accounts paired
  • Duplicates flagged before they are counted

How it works

  1. Step 1: Connect

Approve read-only access on your bank's app, or sign in to Stripe.

  2. Step 2: Review

Answer the few payments Telore is not sure about. Most months take minutes.

  3. Step 3: Trust the totals

Profit, cash and tax figures update as payments are recorded.

Questions

Questions people ask

UK banks that offer Open Banking, which includes the high-street banks and most business accounts. Stripe connects through its own sign-in.

Not on its own. No connection lets Telore move, withdraw or send your money on its own; with Stripe it opens payment pages only for your own invoices and refunds a card payment only when you press Refund. Paying a bill from Telore is something you start and approve each time, on your bank's own screen.

Change the answer and Telore reverses the old entry and posts the new one. Nothing is rubbed out; your accountant can see both.
