Plain English, on purpose. There is no small print on this page and nothing important buried at the bottom of a long paragraph. If a line is unclear, or you cannot find what you came here for, tell us and we will rewrite it.

Telore uses very few cookies. There is no advertising network, and nothing here follows you around other websites.

Strictly necessary cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in and carries the token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. It is HttpOnly, SameSite, and marked Secure when the site is served over HTTPS. Without it you cannot sign in, so it is set without asking — this is permitted for strictly necessary cookies.

Preference storage

Small choices you make in the application — a table you collapsed, a filter you left set — are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

The support messenger

The chat button in the corner of the page is provided by Intercom, who we use to answer questions and provide support. It is on the public site and inside the application. When it loads it stores a small amount of data in your browser so that a conversation you start stays open between pages and on your next visit, and it tells Intercom the page you are writing from. If you are signed in we tell it your name and email address, when you joined, the language you use Telore in, and the name, plan and Telore number of the company you are working in, so we know who we are replying to. We never send it your financial records.

What we do not do

No advertising cookies. No advertising networks. No fingerprinting. No selling of behavioural data. No tracking of what you do on other websites. The support messenger described above is the only third party that stores anything in your browser, and it is there so you can talk to us.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
