Invoicing & getting paid

Invoices that get paid, and a record that stays straight

Create an invoice in a minute, send it from Telore, and see when your customer opens it. Telore chases politely, records the payment when it arrives and keeps every version — so a correction never leaves a gap in your books.

The invoice page a customer opens from the email, with the Verified company badge beside the sender’s name.

An invoice in a minute

Pick a customer, add what you sold, and Telore fills in the rest: your registered details, the VAT, the due date and the account to pay into.

  • Quotes that turn into invoices with one press
  • Repeating invoices for regular work
  • Written in English or Turkish, per customer

Chasing, done for you

Telore reminds customers before and after the due date, in a tone you choose, and only once an invoice has actually reached them. The same document goes to the same person once a day — a second time only with a reason, such as a customer saying it never arrived.

  • Reminders on a schedule you set
  • See when an invoice was opened
  • A statement of account in one click

Corrections without the mess

Spotted a mistake on an invoice already sent? "Correct" raises a credit note and a new invoice in one step and emails both, so the customer, your books and HMRC all see the same story.

  • Every version kept, every change dated
  • Credit notes that cancel exactly
  • The original stays readable, marked as replaced

How it works

  1. Step 1: Create

Add the customer and the lines. Telore checks the details a UK invoice must carry.

  2. Step 2: Send

Email it from Telore with a link to view and download, and the PDF attached.

  3. Step 3: Get paid

The payment is matched to the invoice as it arrives in your bank or Stripe.

Questions

Questions people ask

Telore adds a "Pay now" button to invoices for verified companies, through Stripe. The payment is recorded against the invoice when it arrives, with Stripe's fee kept as a cost.

Yes. Each customer has a language. Invoices, emails and reminders to that customer are written in it — the words around the figures change, the figures do not.

Small details can be fixed in place before anyone relies on them. A change to the figures is a correction: a credit note and a new invoice, both kept, both sent.
