Accounting for your UK company, without the accounting

Telore keeps your books, prepares your VAT, Corporation Tax, payroll and Self Assessment, and explains every number in plain English. You approve; Telore does the rest — with your accountant or without.

Built for UK limited companies · English and Turkish · 30-day free trial on every plan

Your money, in one place

Bring in your accounts. Telore does the organising.

Telore reads your UK bank through Open Banking and your Stripe account through its own secure sign-in. Every payment arrives by itself — no statements to download, no spreadsheet to keep.

How Telore connects

Bookkeeping that keeps itself

Payments sort themselves out

Telore recognises the payments your company makes month after month and records each one where it belongs. It also splits out what is easy to miss — a Stripe fee is a cost, not a smaller sale.

  • It learns your suppliers Tell it once that a supplier is software. It remembers, and says so next time.
  • Fees kept apart A £100 sale with a £2.20 fee is £100 of income and £2.20 of cost. Your turnover stays true.
  • A real ledger underneath Every entry is proper double-entry bookkeeping. You never have to see it. Your accountant can.

The part software usually gets wrong

When Telore isn't sure, it asks

Some payments genuinely cannot be worked out from the data. A payment to Apple could be a laptop, a subscription or something personal on the wrong card. Software that guesses is wrong often enough to matter — and a wrong answer flows into your profit, then into your tax.

So Telore asks one plain question instead. Choose the answer and it remembers for next time.

Invoicing

Send an invoice in a minute, and know when it has been opened

Write it once and watch the preview fill in as you type. Telore sends it with your logo and bank details, shows you when your customer opens it, reminds them before and after the due date, and puts a mistake right with a credit note and a new invoice — never by changing the one they already have.

Recorded in the app, with an example company.

  • The preview is the document your customer gets, as you type it.
  • Sent, opened and paid, shown on every invoice.
  • A correction keeps the original, so your books stay true.

Smart where it helps. Exact where it matters.

Ask a question about your company in your own words and get an answer from your own books, with the working shown. Ask Telore suggests; you decide.

  • Suggestions only — nothing is posted without your approval
  • Tax and payroll are worked out by the rules, never by AI
  • Your data is not used to train AI models
  • Switch it off for your company whenever you like

Why is profit lower this month?

Profit is £1,980 lower than last month mainly because of two things: a £1,450 laptop bought on 12 September, and £620 less from Stripe sales. Your other costs are about the same.

Verified companies

Invoices your customers can trust

Invoice fraud usually starts with a changed bank account on a convincing invoice. Telore checks who runs a company before its emails carry the "Verified company" badge, guards the bank details on every invoice, and gives each invoice a page where your customer can check it is real.

  • Identity and authority checked against Companies House
  • A changed bank account confirmed twice before it is printed
  • Every invoice checkable at telore.com

Tax, as you go

Never be surprised by your tax bill

Telore keeps a running estimate of your Corporation Tax as the year goes along and builds your VAT return as you record sales and purchases. You see what to set aside every month — not a figure you meet nine months after the year has ended.

  • Updated as you go Every payment Telore records moves the estimate. No waiting for year end.
  • See the gap What you owe so far, set against what you have put aside.
  • Workings shown The profit, the rate and the dates, in plain English.

Year end, in three steps

The part everyone dreads, made plain

When your financial year ends, Telore walks you through it. Review what needs a look, approve the figures, and Telore files your accounts with Companies House and your CT600 with HMRC.

Straight about it: Telore prepares and files only what you approve, and is built for owner-managed companies with straightforward affairs. If yours needs more, Telore says so — and your accountant can take it from there.

Built for the UK

Made for UK limited companies — and the people who run them from anywhere

Telore knows UK deadlines, UK tax rules and the way a limited company is meant to be run — and speaks English and Turkish, so a director in Istanbul and an accountant in Manchester read the same figures.

Your accountant is welcome, and free

Some directors want to do it all themselves; most like an expert to check. Telore works either way. Invite your accountant at no cost on every plan and they open a proper ledger, every change traceable, every figure explained.

Trust & security

Careful with your money and your data

Connections are encrypted, and Telore cannot move, withdraw or send your money on its own — with Stripe it opens payment pages only for your own invoices and refunds a card payment only when you press Refund. Any payment out of your account needs a person to start it and confirm it on their bank's own screen. Your books are append-only, your files are encrypted, and your data stays in the UK.

How Telore keeps you safe

No. Telore is written for the person who owns the company, not for a bookkeeper. Where an accounting term is unavoidable it is explained right next to where it appears. There is a full double-entry ledger underneath; you never have to look at it.

Telore prepares your VAT returns, payroll reports, Company Tax Return, annual accounts and directors' Self Assessment, and files each one only after you approve it. Filing goes through HMRC's and Companies House's own services, and Telore never calls something accepted until they confirm it.

Not on its own. Bank and payment connections are encrypted, and none of them lets Telore move, withdraw or send your money. With Stripe, Telore opens payment pages only for your own invoices and refunds a card payment only when you press Refund. Paying a supplier bill is something you start in Telore and confirm on your bank's own screen, every time.

That is your choice. Many owner-managed companies with straightforward affairs run their own books in Telore; many prefer an expert to check. Your accountant gets free access on every plan, and finds the records already in order.

Ask Telore answers questions from your own books and suggests things — what a payment was for, a draft reply — which you accept or change. Tax and payroll are worked out by the published rules, not by AI. Your data is not used to train AI models, and Ask Telore can be switched off.

Yes. The whole product, its emails and your invoices can be in Turkish or English, chosen per person and per customer — so a director in Istanbul and an accountant in Manchester can work on the same books.
